We've introduced a new Duo plan - a discounted partner bundle that lets two people share one subscription and save compared to individual plans. Perfect for training partners, couples, or friends!
You can switch to it from your subscription settings on the App Store if you're subscribed through Apple, or through
You can now sign in to MyoAdapt using your Apple or Google account, making it easier to access your training data across devices.

We've launched a dedicated feedback platform where you can directly influence the direction of MyoAdapt. Visit feedback.myoadapt.com to submit your ideas for new features, improvements, or changes you'd like to see. You can vote on suggestions from other users to help us prioritize what matters most to the community, track progress on planned features, and join the discussion by commenting on suggestions and sharing your thoughts.
Life happens, and sometimes you need to take a break during your workout, or split your workout in two. You can now pause and resume your workout using the
The algorithms used for performance estimation, and rep and weight predictions, have been updated based on recent scientific knowledge. Predictions will now be more accurate and with less variance.
This also affects personal records, which may result in some unexpected new records appearing!
MyoAdapt has been using fractional counting for volume management internally, but that wasn't reflected in the UI until now. You'll now see more precise volume numbers in your workout summaries and progress charts, giving you a clearer picture of your actual training volume.
In the previous update, we introduced a new quick tip that would suggest a different weight when going outside the recommended rep-range. While the science behind the suggestions was correct, they were unintuitive and often confusing. With this update we've reworked these to address this, while keeping them scientific.
You can now view your per-exercise performance in the
You can now create custom training routines, selecting which muscle groups to train during each workout. Want to follow a PPLUL routine? Go for it! Want to only train your upper body? No problem!
You can find the custom routine builder under

You can set up a cyclic schedule either through the training schedule widget on your dashboard, or by going to
We have added a dedicated page to manage your workout preferences. From there, you can manage the exercises you've previously asked MyoAdapt to never recommend again, options such as whether videos should be hidden, whether to log both sides of unilateral exercises together, and more!
We'll be using this page to add further customization options in the future. You can find it by going to
Tired of having to manually start your set timers? We have added an option to automatically start your sets after warmup and rest periods!

Is a machine you're using measuring weights in kilograms, but you're used to pounds? No problem! You can now set the units for each exercise individually.
Look for the lbs or kgs options next to the weight input when logging a set. This will be saved for future sets of the same exercise in your current training environment.
Not getting enough of a workout? MyoAdapt will now show an option to extend your workout, generating additional exercises to perform.
Keep in mind that doing so may result in doing more training than recommended for adequate recovery. Future workouts may be shortened to promote recovery.
Using MyoAdapt simultaneously on multiple devices would previously result in all sorts of issues. We've improved the way we handle multiple devices to make this experience more reliable.
Planning a workout and working out is now managed by a single "primary" device, but the workout can be transferred to another device at any time.
Previously, skipping a session would be inconsistent based on the training routine you were following. You also had to start a session before being able to skip it.
You can now skip a session from the workout planning screen, and it will work more intelligently, regardless of your training routine.
We've heard you! You can now add notes to exercises, which will be displayed inside the exercise card both during training and in your training history.
Notes are persistent, and unique to each exercise and training environment. You can add one from the
